The term "rough in" is used by builders and tradies alike. This term refers to plumbers and electricians pre drilling and running their cables and pipes.
At Urban Tiny Homes there is nothing "rough" about it. We use qualified trades who take pride in their work even if it is unseen.
We use copper pipe throughout, which is essential on all external piping to prevent vermin chewing through and wasting precious water.

Urban Tiny Homes are weather wrapped and fully insulated. Giving you the best comfort all year round. With Kingspan AIR-CELL insulbreak between the roof and the ceiling on top of ceiling batts, you avoid any thermal bridging.
All windows are weather sealed with sarking tape and alcoil to avoid not only moisture but also any drafts from entering or leaving the tiny home. This would normally be an issue if not done correctly as we are sure you'll have your urban tiny home situated on a high hill in full sun to capture a view. With your 2.5kW split system air-con in full swing, it'll be running at maximum efficiency.

Using materials that are usually used for features in a conventional home to add a bit of character, here they are used to make the whole tiny home ooze with character.
With a 7mm solid timber floor throughout, it not only softens the feel but it hard wearing. Perfect if you'd like to use your tiny home as an Airbnb.
Bathroom
A full size shower and a custom vanity make this bathroom classy and functional. It is fully waterproofed and tiled floor to ceiling. With an extraction fan in the shower and high gloss paint on the ceiling, the mould that was going to call your bathroom home, will be very disappointed.
